IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
Yes, we currently ship worldwide. If you have any questions or you can't seem to ship to your region, please reach out to us and we'll try to resolve.
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us below.
All items in store take 1-2 business days to process. Be sure to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.
Your product has been shipped once you receive your shipping confirmation email. The majority of our customers have received their items around the 1-3 week (7-12 days on average) mark where customs aren't as long, examples include USA/UK. For a full list of shipping estimates please see our shipping page.
To offer free worldwide shipping, since our products are pretty big, usually we ship them in different packages.
If you received only 1 item, don't worry, we'll support you until you receive what you paid for!
We do a have a refund policy in place on damaged/missing goods. We don't provide cancelations if the shipping email has already been sent. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.
In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we help resolve. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 30 days (from delivering). Thanks for understanding!
